I didn't receive an email/My email is stuck in Quarantine

You can access your quarantine mailbox by going to this website https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine

There you can go and review and release all messages that you want to be sent to your mailbox. 

We would also encourage you to whitelist any email senders. That way you get them sent to your inbox and aren't held up in your quarantine.

To whitelist an email address in Outlook 365, Have you tried the steps below:

Open Outlook 365 and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
Select "Mail" on the left side menu.
Click on "Junk email" in the left-hand menu.
Under the "Safe senders and domains" section, click on "Add".
Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click "Enter".
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
