MyOpenMath - Assignment Is Showing Un-Graded
QUESTION: My instructor extended the due date of an assignment on Canvas but when I click on the assignment it says un-graded practice, scores are not saved. What can I do?
ANSWER: Please reboot your computer before trying to access your assignment with the new due date. Make sure you are accessing the assignment through the chapter / unit module, not the Canvas gradebook. We advise students not to use the Canvas app when due dates are changed on Canvas. MyOpenMath, which is an integrated system, does not recognize extended due dates on the Canvas app. If you are still having issues, please contact your instructor and have them reach out to the Division Chair of Mathematics for further guidance.
