Self Registration MET vs NOT MET Course Guide

Self Registration MET vs NOT MET Course Guide

When registering for courses, you may see either "MET" or "NOT MET" listed next to a particular course.  These labels denote the status of pre-requisites that are required to register for that particular course.

When you see a course that has the label of "NOT MET", you can click on that label and view the specific pre-requisites that you need to have to be able to register for the course.  For example, to register for ENG101, you must meet ONE of the following pre-requisite test scores.

Other courses require a specific course or courses to be completed or scheduled before being able to register for them.  For example, to take EDU219, you must have already completed PSY101.  As you can see from the screenshot below, this has been completed and therefore the status is 'MET' and the course can be registered for.

If you have any questions about pre-requisites or degree requirements, please consult your Academic Advisor or the Registrar's Office.
