Updating References and FERPA Settings

You can view and update FERPA and reference settings in the My Account section of the Student Portal.  Sign into the Gateway (Student Portal) and then click on the My Account icon and then click on the FERPA tab. 

You can edit existing information or click the Add Record button to add a new person.


When adding a new person, fill out all of the required fields (highlighted green).  

Finally, click one or more check boxes to allow access to specific records.  
Attendance, FAID (Financial Aid), Grades, Holds, Schedule, or Status (enrolled, current student, dropped, withdrawn, etc).
