How to enable Flash - Google Chrome
In Google Chrome:
- Once you are on the page that contains the video(s), check beside the address bar in your browser (to the left) to see if there is a picture of an "i" inside a circle, or if there is a picture of a lock next to the word secure. Click on either of these that appear.
- After clicking the picture (circle with "i" or the lock), select Site Settings. This will open the Site Settings screen in a new tab.
- On the Site Settings screen, locate the row for "Flash" and use the drop-down to set the permission to "Allow".
- Close the Site Settings tab, and then back on the page with the videos, toward the top, click the blue Reload button.
- After clicking Reload and allowing the browser to refresh, attempt to play the video(s) again.
