How to enable Flash - Google Chrome

In Google Chrome:

  1. Once you are on the page that contains the video(s), check beside the address bar in your browser (to the left) to see if there is a picture of an "i" inside a circle, or if there is a picture of a lock next to the word secure. Click on either of these that appear.
  2. After clicking the picture (circle with "i" or the lock), select Site Settings. This will open the Site Settings screen in a new tab. 
  3. On the Site Settings screen, locate the row for "Flash" and use the drop-down to set the permission to "Allow".

  4. Close the Site Settings tab, and then back on the page with the videos, toward the top, click the blue Reload button.

  5. After clicking Reload and allowing the browser to refresh, attempt to play the video(s) again.
