Windows 8 - Uninstall Program

Provides instructions for removing installed software within Windows 8.

Step 1. From the desktop or start screen, use mouse to click in upper right corner to Open The Charms Bar, click search and Type "Control Panel". Click to open the control panel.

Step 2. Click "Uninstall a program" under the Programs heading.

Step 3. Select a program, and then click Uninstall.

Note: If the program that you want to uninstall is not listed, it might not have been written for this version of Windows. To uninstall the program, check the information that came with the program.
