Change size of text ( Increase / Decrease text size ) in Internet Explorer 11

Click on the View menu then chose Text Size and pick the text size that is most comfortable for you.

If this does not work you can zoom in on the page by pressing Ctrl - "+" (to zoom back out pressCtrl - "-").
