Allowing Browser Webcam/Microphone Access for Canvas Studio

To allow Canvas Studio access to your webcam and microphone, please use the following steps to allow your browser access to your devices (Please note: Canvas Studio will only work in Chrome and Firefox):

Chrome:
-When opening Canvas Studio and upon recording for the first time, a pop-up will appear asking you to provide access to your Camera and Microphone. Choose Allow. If that does not happen, follow the steps below.
-Open Chrome and select the Chrome menu, represented by three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
-Click on Settings
-Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and select Advanced
-Under the Privacy and Security section, select Site settings
-Select Camera or Microphone to access either setting

Firefox:
-Click on the site identity icon (the lock symbol) in the address bar.
-Choose Allow on each menu next to Use the Camera and Use the Microphone:
-Click anywhere on the web page to close the menu, then click the Refresh button to reload the webpage.
