Can I use Apples' or any other built in mail app for my work email? (Staff and Faculty)

While we understand the convenience of having the native apps on your devices, we don't recommend you using them. For security purposes we ask that you download the Outlook app from either the Google Play or App store. Since we turned on Two Factor-Authentication (2FA) for all employees it is easier to use the Outlook app as it will hold your log in for longer than the native apps do. That way you aren't constantly verifying yourself multiple times a day. We understand the frustration that this may cause some people but for better tech support and troubleshooting it would make it easier for people to switch over to the Outlook app as quickly as possible.
