Getting the can't be found (Fix)

Issue: I tried to sign in with my credentials but my browser replaces my username with and I get the error message:

"That didn't work.  We're sorry, but can't be found in the  Please try again later, while we try to automatically fix this for you."

Fix: Click on the link "Click Here to sign in with a different account to this site".

When prompted, enter as your username and your single sign-on EGCC password.
